On March 28^th, FBI Agents arrested one Dornelius Brown (BM, 11/9/89), in conjunction with the robbery of the Capital One Bank (See Below).

On March 7th at or about 10:30 am, a black male walked into the Capital One Bank located at 3540 St. Charles Avenue. The suspect approached the teller and implied he had a weapon. He then demanded money from the teller. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of bait money with a dye pack inside. He fled on foot down Foucher Street toward Prytania Street. The suspect is described as a black male, 18-20 years old, 5’9”, thin build, wearing a white t-shirt and a dark colored jacket (photo attached).
