The Broadmoor Improvement Association is governed by a board with a Co-Director leadership structure, fostering collaborative decision-making and community-driven initiatives.
Board leadership at the Broadmoor Improvement Association provides strategic oversight, fosters community engagement, and ensures the organization's mission to enhance quality of life in Broadmoor through sustainable initiatives and partnerships.

Board members represent three distinct subgroups within Broadmoor, identified as A, B, and C.
The Broadmoor Board of Commissioners meets from 6:00–7:30 pm on the second Thursday of every month.
