By signing the liability waiver, the borrower acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for any injury or damages to their property that may result from the use of tools from the Broadmoor Tool Lending Library.
-
The borrower acknowledges that they will be the sole user of any tools borrowed from the Broadmoor Tool Lending Library.
-
Tools are expected to be returned functional, clean, batteries charged, and in the same condition as they were loaned out. Fees will apply for broken tools.
Late Fees

The Broadmoor Tool Lending library will collect a late fee for tools starting at 2 days late. Late fees will be $1 per day up to 5 days. After 5 days, lending library users will be responsible for 50% the cost to replace the tool. The Broadmoor Tool Lending Library will deduct any late fees charged from the cost to replace the tool prior to charging users the replacement cost.
Donate Your Tools
We will gladly accept quality tools in good condition and in working order! Thank you for understanding we may not accept all tools – our space is limited and we already have multiples of some tools.

To donate tools, please bring them to the Tool Lending Library during open hours. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity or space to accept all tools, nor the resources to dispose of them, if necessary. Thank you for your support.
Donate Money
Funds are used to expand our collection of tools, pay for operating costs, and loss prevention. Please consider making the suggested donation of $20 or more to support this community resource. Please note that you would like your funds to support the Broadmoor Tool Lending Library. Your support is greatly appreciated!
