Broadmoor Neighborhood Meeting Notes — November 16, 2020
Updated: Dec 3, 2020
Thank you to all of the Broadmoor residents who attended in person and via Zoom. Celebrating the renewal of the Broadmoor Parcel while looking back at the 2019 neighborhood survey to gauge what Broadmoor residents deem important was a major part of the November Neighborhood Meeting. The meeting included a message from District B Council Member Jay H. Banks, Energy Smart Nola Outreach Manager Brandon Muetzel, 2019 neighborhood survey results, and delicious chocolate cake to thank Broadmoor residents for continuing to support the BIA as we strive to support and serve our community in the next five years and beyond. If you could not make it to the November meeting, click here to review the notes.
The next neighborhood-wide meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 21st. This meeting will be a socially-distanced opportunity to connect with your fellow Broadmoor residents, learn more about the BIA contribution to the neighborhood and give your suggestions for how to build a better Broadmoor. Weather permitting, the meeting will be held outside on the lawn of the Rosa Keller Library and live-streamed via Zoom for those who do not feel comfortable meeting in-person.
