Thank you to everyone who voted in support of renewing the Broadmoor Parcel Fee. With 72.3% of voters saying yes, our community sent a powerful message of trust and shared commitment to Broadmoor’s future.
A message from our Board President:
“We're beyond grateful for your support — but our work is only just beginning in our quest to build a strong, connected, vibrant Broadmoor community for all of our residents and neighbors. Thank you so much — Broadmoor truly is the Best(moor).”— Caitrin Gladow, BIA President
This renewal helps us continue the essential programs our neighbors rely on every day, even as we work to secure additional resources to meet growing needs. Your support directly sustains:
Broadmoor Food Pantry – Emergency food assistance for neighbors in need.
Broadmoor Food Forest, Broadmoor Food Pantry Garden, and Broadmoor Rain Garden – Growing fresh, healthy produce and supporting sustainable green spaces.
Sliding-Scale Counseling Services – Accessible mental health and wellness support for individuals and families.
Affordable Housing – Including four new homes for first-time buyers in 2026, helping more residents build stability in Broadmoor.
Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center – A revitalized hub for wellness services, small business enterprises, and community gatherings.
Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Trail Improvements – Including new pet waste stations that keep our trail clean and inviting.
Community Programming – SpringMOOR, Trick-or-TreatMOOR, HealthMOOR screenings, neighborhood cleanups, and more events that connect and uplift our community.
A message from our Executive Director:
“We are deeply grateful for this vote of confidence. While more resources are still needed, this renewal strengthens our foundation and allows us to continue serving families and improving the neighborhood we all love.” — Natori Green, BIA Executive Director
Thank you for believing in Broadmoor and in one another!
With gratitude and hope,
The Broadmoor Improvement Association Team
