We offer unique wellness and fitness opportunities 6 days a week, available at affordable rates and open to the public! Browse our classes below and view the full Arts & Wellness calendar online.


Dance It

Follow the wave of the rhythms of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. There’s no choreography or performance, only yourself to experience and discover. Dance in the dark.

Zumba For All With Noel

Get that heart pumping with this fun, fast-paced Zumba class! Zumba uses interval training routines set to Latin and international music for a lively cardiovascular workout ideal for all ages.

Hoop Dance by Hey Now Productions









This class combines on-body hoop moves (like waist hooping) with off-body moves (using hands and arms) to create combinations of moves with fun, circus-y tricks. The class offers a full-body workout and allows students to learn at their own pace and build their own unique hooping routines. Regular hooping builds core strength, increases coordination and balance, and reduces stress!

  • Wednesdays, 6-7 PM

  • Early bird special: $77 for 7 weeks / Drop-in rate: $14 / First time is free!

NOLA Meditation

Receive calming energy, increased inner peace, and clarity. For some individuals, mindfulness can reduce stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and symptoms of various illnesses.

Yoga For Everyone

A therapeutic yoga practice ideal for all ages and skill levels, presented by Donisha Dunn-Lombard, MD. By incorporating yoga into your fitness routine, you may increase core strength, flexibility, and the connection between the mind and body.

  • Fridays, 9-10 AM

  • Donations accepted on behalf of the National Alliance on Mental Illness

Yoga for Educators











A free yoga class built for educators presented by Project Peaceful Warriors. All levels encouraged and mats available.

  • Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 AM

Yoga With Barbara

A gentle yoga practice suitable for all ages.

  • Saturdays, 11 AM-12 PM

  • Donations accepted

  • Drop-in for your first class


Karate, Aikido, & Judo from NOSA











Open to the local community, all levels of practice are available, appropriate for both beginner and advanced students. Students are taught to be disciplined in their practice, whether they are training to find their center and sense of balance or working towards becoming experts in the martial arts.
