COVID-19 Quarantine Coping Guide for Families

Here in Broadmoor, we know that health is connected to our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being! That's why we operate a food pantry, provide remote case management, and offer low-cost counseling services, along with referrals to primary health providers. Even in times of uncertainty, there are many ways we can safely and intentionally take care of ourselves and our families.

We are pleased to offer our community members and parents a resource guide with a series of calming activities and ideas that are developmentally appropriate for elementary, middle, and high school students to support mental wellness. There's no such thing as a perfect parent, and we know that times like these can bring out stress and some of our less healthy coping mechanisms. That's why we hope this guide will be helpful for you — and we are just a phone call away if you'd like to get connected to more parenting resources or counseling services. Download the resource guide here!
